Paris

We’ve been to Paris a few times over the years. November 2010 was more unplanned. It was cold and wet, as expected, but the two of us were both in low-maintenance mood. This resulted in a much more chilled break. We just walked and talked and relaxed. The aim was not to discover, more simply it was to get out of London and away from day-to-day anchors. It worked.

My favourite spot in Paris, without a shadow of a doubt, is Montmatre. I convinced Stefano to return here more often than once.

And the rear view of the Notre Dame - yes we took the obvious tourist pics!

Stefano told me about lovers placing locks in famous places around the world. We found such a place opposite the Notre Dame.
