The day of the binge.
I started the day with two cups of black coffee. Then, with the Sunday papers, I had 2 croissants with ham and cheese.
After a session at the gym (1.5 km swim), we decided to go out for a late lunch at Rocca in South Kensington. I had bruschetta with garlic, olive oil and tomato for starters. Followed by spaghetti bolognese washed down with a lovely glass of Italian vino. I finished the meal off with vanilla ice cream and espresso.
We went to the pub for a pint and bought unhealthy food for the evening. Dinner consisted of a few pieces of dim sum, two chocolate eclairs, one custard slice and a layer of belgian chocolates. Now, that is what I call a binge!
Tomorrow, I will start with week two.
