I found it difficult to eat within an hour of waking up (it should realy have been within half an hour), but I managed. Stefano made a delicious 2-egg omelette and tomatoes with vinegar, olive oil and basil on the side.

Today, I’ve started on the slow-carb diet as detailed in The 4-hour body by Timothy Ferris. I am relatively fit as I swim between 1km-2km a day, six times a week.
